- Orders confirmed after payment/COD verification
- We may cancel orders if stock/payment issue

4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery in 4–7 business days
- Free shipping above ₹999
- Tracking shared via SMS/Email
- Delays by courier/natural causes not our responsibility

5. Returns & Refunds
- Request within 7 days

- Email with photos & order ID required
